Job Description:
• Strategize and monitoring project contract for effective and efficient project management and safe guarding company’s interest to meet unique goals and objectives.
• Strategize and monitoring contract management of awarded project to ensure the contract is favourable to the company and mitigates the contract risk.
• Monitor subcontractor costs and potential cost overruns and inform to Senior Manager Cost Controller.
• Review payment status from client to ensure all sales are realized to minimize trade debtors that could affect BU financial performance.
• Resolve contract dispute with client to ensure the project account is maximized on timely manner and maintain client relationship.
• Establish capability building roadmap for people development to ensure sufficient and capable manpower to execute existing and future project requirements.
• Establish document control system for the project to ensure that all project documents are properly organized and documented for project closed out and meeting contractual obligation.
• To ensure that the company’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies are strictly adhered to.
Requirements
• Degree in Contract Discipline or equivalent
• At least 10 years experience in Marine Repair works and operation management.
