Responsibilities:

    To monitor& coordinate with overseas & local party pertaining shipment arrangement.
    To handle customer complaint and to resolve problems in proactive manner.
    Costing, billing and documentation for Ocean & Air freight shipment.
    Develop rapport with customers, overseas stations & operations.

Requirement

    Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate diploma, Business Studies/ Administration /Management, Commerce, Logistics/ Transportation or equivalent.
    Required skill(s): Problem resolution, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Self-motivated, Computer literate.
    At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Ocean Freight or Air Freight) is required for this position.
    Required language(s): English & Mandarin
    Knowledge Bahasa Malaysia would be an advantage.
