Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree in engineering dicipline
- 12+ years of closely related professional engineering experience with past positions as construction superitendant , construction engineer , filed engineer
- Read write and speak fluent english , especially as required to function effectively within a project team and to communicate with project management , contractors and sub-contractors.
