Organize and manage all offshore Hook-up and Commissioning activities executed by Facilities Engineering team in meeting project schedule, quality, cost and safety requirement.

· Job completed within approved eRO mandays issued.
· 100% compliance to design intent with deviation approved in STQ
|

|
Ensuring quality documentations and records at all times during execution planning at shore and offshore worksite.Drive submission and preparation of commissioning checklist & start up procedures prior to commissioning. Drive submission & preparation of handover documents.
|
· Workpack review timeline and approval.
· Preparation of MCC, jobcards certificates, and marked-up P&ID
· % compliance to commissioning documents prior to project handover.

|
Develop additional Site Specific Procedure for Commissioning activities if it is deemed required by Project Team.
|

|
Conduct, lead and participate in all stages of reviewing processes of projects carried out by BIE2 inclusive of HAZOP, LDR, PSAR, IPOP and co-ordination meetings with contractors and turnaround planners from other departments.

· Availability on participation required sessions (HAZOP, LDR).
· Compliance to lead and conduct all execution related sessions (IPOP, execution progress meetings, tool-box meetings, turnaround meetings).

Communicating project intent, progress and issues at site to various parties (Operations and contractors).
|

- Degree in Engineering, with (8) years of practical experience
in Project and construction Management (hook-up and commissioning) i.e
Project cycle from Project Initiation to final handover in Oil & Gas
Industry with Offshore Experience
