functions, programs, and processes is looking for experienced individual who can strengthen our

Senior HR Advisor:
Responsibilities and tasks
• Responsible for designing an organization that effectively implements HR programs and
processes
• Develops the change management strategy within the business to support the implementation of
HR programs and initiatives
• Leads the HR programs and processes within the business or function. Assesses HR
implications of the business strategy, identifies opportunities to further meet business needs, and
designs solutions
• Represents the business or functional organization to the rest of the HR community.
Collaborates on design of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives by providing an organizationspecific perspective
• Evaluates proposed HR programs to determine organization-wide viability. Will act as the
senior adviser inside the organization during the implementation phase
• Collaborates with senior colleagues in the centres of expertise in order to apply sufficient HR
resources to meet the business needs
• Coaches senior leadership within the business or function on issues that impact HR. Leads
business- or function-wide solutions that impact multiple business units
Employee Relations
• To be up-to-date on changes to labour laws, ensure adherence of HR policy with the
employment law
• To mediate labour disputes and grievances between employees and management, establish and
maintain satisfactory labour-management relations
• To formulate and administer labour relations policy
• To have hands on experience in handling Domestic Enquiry and any other grievances process
• To draft show cause letters, warning sheets as and when necessary
• To handle matters in labour/industrial courts, to be the representative of the company at
industrial tribunals and hearings
• To develop positive industrial relations culture in the plant
• To take initiatives in developing new initiatives for employees engagement activities, including
CSR
Talent Acquisition & Selection
• Assist the recruitment team from job design, sourcing, screening, presenting, coordination,
negotiation, employment on-boarding.
• Execute activities related to talent attraction and recruitment process & campaign
• Provide advice & assist to improve design and implement recruitment strategies and hiring
activities for all position levels including introduce technology, tools and new processes to
increase recruitment efficiency, quality & speed
Learning & Development
• To plan and co-ordinate Learning and Development activities, including conducting Training
Needs Analysis, work with line managers and employees in identifying the right L&D actions to
address the gaps; and design and develop L&D course-materials
• To design, deliver/conduct and evaluate internal training/workshops as required and develop
appropriate blended learning solutions
• To maintain training and skill data for the organisation and prepare reports etc as required
• To work with the HR Teams to ensure training needs from Appraisals are identified and
managed
• To source, identify, recommend and evaluate appropriate internal and external training
providers
• To provide advice and support on training matters as required
Qualifications & personal attributes
• Minimum a degree or Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management, or
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR field or
• Any similar combination of education & experience
• Adaptable to changes in dynamic environment
