Soft Triangle Services urgently seeking potential candidates to fill-up the following position:-

1) Project Planner
  (Client: PCSB) 
Essential Criteria :
-45 years and below
-Must Possess Degree in Engineering
-At least 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Upstream
-Experience in upstream work handling project planning & scheduling, budgeting, cost control and reporting in Oil & Gas Industries-Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skill
-Good networking and relationship building 

General Criteria :

-Has involved in both Engineering and Construction phases (upstream) in PCSB projects
-Experience in using PCSB Planning & Scheduling Software (i.e Primavera P3 or P6 / PERT MASTER)
-Willingness to learn new things

2) HRA Supervisor

  

Position Status  : 1 year contract – direct hire (possibility of permanent position)

Gender                : Male or Female

Qualification       : Diploma or Degree any discipline (HRA is preferred)

Job Location       : MISC Tebrau II

Salary range       : RM1,500 – RM1,800.00

Experience         : minimum 1 year in HRA is an advantage

Work scope        : Full spec of HR tasks (recruitment/ training/ admin, etc)

3) Senior Project Engineer/Project Interface Engineer.

Details as below:

Position Description:

•             Degree in Engineering (registered with BEM) and has more than ten (5) years’ experience in areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Hook-up, Commissioning, Start-up and handover particularly in the offshore oil and gas upstream projects. Less number of years of experience may also be considered if the exposures encompass the aforesaid areas.

•             Assist Project Manager in overall Project Management which includes various areas e.g. Contracts Management, Project Planning, Budgeting, until full hand-over of facilities to Operations.

•                Possesses strong drive and leadership, highly proficient in English – spoken and written, HSE conscious, proactive in planning for the look-ahead activities, keen learner and willing to work

                long   hours. 

•             Lead in overall Project Execution in engineering discipline and multi function areas (e.g. subsurface, legal, finance, procurement).

•             Coordinate and maintain good working relationship with inter-discipline for smooth project execution.

•             Work closely with project planners with regards to progress reporting, identifying show-stopper, establishing catch-up plan, recovery plan etc.

•             Act as a troubleshooting coordinator/focal point for any problem surfaced throughout project duration.

•             Initiate / coordinate relevant meeting with Contractors in order to identify and resolve any concerns with regards to status of work progress, QA/QC and HSE matters throughout the projects execution.

•             Review list of working procedure for Project Specific purposes.

•             Consolidate, track and update project’s common issues.

•             Review of relevant analyses and business case studies for the purpose of resources, cost and or schedule optimisation.

•             Ensure consistency and work processes compliance to established practices and requirements throughout project execution.

•             Undertake any other related assignment as assigned by Project Manager or direct report.

Added advantage:

o             breadth of multi-disciplines in all phases of an upstream project, as well as codes & standards (e.g., PTS)

o             conversant in contract  

o     Willing to be stationed out of Malaysia
